Major murders in Pec end in 2018

The trial of Granit Elshan, the murder trial of Donjeta Pajasitaj, and the murder of two Ramaj brothers in Shapout, are expected to end in the coming year.
This was announced by the tribunal's chairman, Kressnik Radoniqi, questioned by KALLXO.com, during the annual conference.
“I believe that these court processes will end over the next year”, Kreshnik Radoniqi said.

During the conference, President Radoniki also spoke of results and challenges during the work for the 11 months of this year of the Pec Foundation Court with its branches in Kline, Istog and Decani.
He said there has been a positive trend in resolving the number of subjects this year in the court, along with the previous years.
According to Radonici, the number of materials resolved this year is 27171, out of 54259 000 as total, 32191 have been inherited from the previous years, while 22068 have reached 11 months this year.

Radoniqi said there has been progress in completing corruption cases that have been addressed in this court.
The <x0Lands of nature corrupts that are accepted in court for treatment are small, taking into account the Pec region along with its Decan Kline and Istog branches, have been settled in considerable numbers, out of 22 materials inherited at the beginning of the year, and 29 items achieved during this time period have caused the total number of 51 subjects, of which 36 subjects have been resolved and remain on 15 subjects”, he said.
Among the challenges facing Pec's Foundation Court, its chairman said it is the lack of an object that would meet the needs of the job.
He said he has applied to the head of the Peja municipality, Gazmend Mujajeri, to appoint a parcel for building the new facility.
The head of Pec's Foundation Court said building the new object for this court is a priority of the Kosovo Judiciary Council.
The good news the chairman said from the beginning of this year, this court's anti-crime division will be passed to the facility where the Prosecution was earlier located in the city centre.
On the other hand, Nushe Mekaj, judge by the Department of Youth, said this year the number of cases of violence against minors by adults has increased.
Contrary to other years this year, the number of major minor leaders has increased, for serious criminal acts, primarily sexual abuse of minors”, Judge Macaj said.
She said that this year, the number of juvenile dolphins has dropped, along with preliminary reports.
