Kosovo Deputy Prime Minister Fatmir Limaj feels shared with chief executive Ramush Haradinaj, as far as the deadline is set for visa liberalisation for the country's citizens.
According to Limaj, it is the European Union that bears full responsibility for setting the date for visa liberalisation, not others, so indirectly referring to a statement by Prime Minister Haradinaj, that the issue will be closed in March.
Whatever I said so far, we must end up as a state. This issue has to be put on the table, as we will be willing in the coming months to fulfill our obligations. And I believe the European Union will give the date in harmony with our commitment, we don't give the date, but the European Union”, Limaj said during an interview for “Gazeta Blic”
Otherwise, Haradinaj had promised that the visa issue would end in the first 100 days of his government, but that did not happen, since one of the conditions set by the EU have yet to be met, that of ratification of the Demarketing Agreement with Montenegro.
Ending the demarcation issue has been warned to occur within the month of January next year.
