Minister of Infrastructure, Pal Lekaj has countered the criticism of Avdullah Hoti, chief of the LDK parliamentary group. Lekay on Facebook wrote that the government of Isa Mustaf, where the minister has also been Hoti, has lost three years to Kosovo as if it did not exist.
