Gecaj has said that neither does his government manage to co-ordinate in terms of promises of demarcation, visa liberalisation and the formation of the military.
While Haradinaj says visas will be liberalised in March, Pacolli says that in June we can travel visas.
According to him, they don't trust themselves anymore.
