I was among the most active deputy ministers in government mandate Mustafa and desperately needed at least one adviser, but I was told there was no legal opportunity. However, I was then helped by international friends, providing me with an international - funded adviser. While the Haradinaj government, as if it were in its father's “basket”, entirely according to will and without any obstacle from anyone, raised the number of deputy prime ministers, ministers and deputy ministers after no criteria, doubled wages completely arbitraryly, and provided an additional adviser to all 70 deputy ministers. They say that in politics nothing but abuse of public funds, comfort of activists as well as increase of voting clientele, as they did yesterday with many other categories, including KLA veterans!
