But even after attempting to abolish from office, the Democratic League of Kosovo thinks there is no turning back. So said Indesksonline MP Arben Gashi. According to him, the Special Court is Kosovo's constitutional and legal duty.
The Special Court's question is no longer a question of political will, but it is a matter of constitutional and judicial obligation in Kosovo. We have nothing to say about it now. Whether Kosovo needs such a court is established in 2015, with the government's proposal then proposed, this job is decided and there is no discussion of”, Gashi has said.
Gashi stressed that the ruling on this court was taken in 2015 at the request of the Government, meanwhile, Kosovo has no time to return to zero after three years.
Whether the Special Court is needed in 2015 and is already part of the Kosovo Constitution. It is an international obligation that Kosovo has received, now we don't have time to disk and get back to zero after three years”, Gashi added.
We remember that after the attempt to abolish this court has reacted to the ambassadors of powerful countries, saying that in case of abolition, Kosovo would be isolated.
