This is Lahi Brahimaj, who is referred to as a possible Special Court indictee.

Some names that are being said to be the first defendants of the Special Court are mentioned in the media today. Where, the first charges may begin to rise after February 17th.

The list of these names has members of several political subjects in Kosovo.

One of them is former KLA member General Lahi Brahimaj, who was charged by The Hague Tribunal.

The same currently holds the deputy post in the Assembly from the Alliance for the Future.

Brahimaj for Indexline has commented on the publication of these names. According to him, such a thing could be true, but then it is only the political court for Serbia's interests.

He says the people who make those names are in direct co-operation with Serbia and the Court.

The man who knows who the accused is, is Hashim Thaci like that, then that court is not a court of law. If the prosecution has investigated an x-person the same prosecutor takes it to a court with signed by the facts. It means publicly, there's not a person who knows who the accused is but can know who the suspect is but not the accused. When the names are known correctly as to who is the accused then she is a political court, because a good prosecutor made investigations against the suspected persons leads the evidence before a court and she signs an indictment of these people so it happens that people can be declared innocent”, Brahimaj has indicated for “Indexline”

Furthermore, the AAK deputy has indicated a concrete case involving the latter.

He has cited the indictment filed by The Hague for accused Ramush Haradinaj, Lahi Brahimaj and Idriz Balaj.

Brahimaj shows that after carrying out the procedure, they have been declared innocent.

In the end, Brahimaj has ordered Albanian media that publishing names for the accused means it is political court, not judicial.
