Albin Kurti refused to answer prosecutor Valdet Gashi's questions.
In their judgment to drop tear gas at the Assembly hearings, Vetevendosje MP Albin Kurti refused to answer prosecutor Valdet Gashi's questions.
The prosecutor asked Kurti that opposition MPs were true to reject agreements for association and tear gas association.
Kurt did not answer that question, saying he did not answer the prosecutor's questions.
Then came Albulen Hadziu's statement.
Kurti along with Donika Kadaj-Bujupi, Faton Topalli and Albulen Haxhiun are accused of using a dangerous weapon or tool and obstructing the official person in carrying out his official duty.
