The Ministry of Finance will be signed Monday on loan for construction of the Kyjevo highway Zahaq between the Government of the Republic of Kosovo and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (BERZH).
The agreement, which will be signed by Finance Minister Bedri Hamza and EURZh Transport Director Sue Barrett, is worth 71m euros.
