Albert Krasniqi from KDI says the Assembly is approved or not only the demarcation agreement.
Albert Krasniqi, the work monitor of the Parliament by the Kosovo Democratic Institute, explaining confusion about demarcation, said the government has sent two opposing acts to the country.
The government has approved the deal as such and has taken it to the Assembly. On the other hand, he has attached a report that says otherwise to what is envisioned in this agreement and thus adopted two acts that are contrary to each other”, Krasniqi said.
He further declared that the Assembly does not approve reports, but agreements.
“The location does not approve such reports. It is a work that has been done by this commission and there is no need for formal approval of this report by MPs from the UN”, Krasniqi said.
Rtv21.tv calculated the number of deputies who will vote the 2015 demarcation agreement and those who will oppose it, on the basis of the resulting statements of MPs and political subjects.
It turned out 57 MPs are expected to vote on the agreement, while 47 will oppose it until the Serb List has not been declared on the issue.
A vote for two-thirds of MPs is needed to ratify the demarcation agreement.
