In a newspaper at the KOHA portal, it has clarified the complexity of the second condition for visa removal for Kosovo citizens. He said that, even if Kosovo ratified the Demarket Agreement with Montenegro, it would face another condition -- even more serious and even more difficult than the first -- fighting corruption and organised crime.
In spring of last year, Moghrin had said Kosovo has scored Progress in this regard, but that does not mean that our country has fulfilled the condition in question. He says there is growing concern from the EU for the high level of corruption in Kosovo. And, it seems, EU officials will not allow Kosovo citizens to move freely through European countries without seeing our country's high and corrupt officials in prison.
