Kosovo Prosecutorial Council Chairman Blerim Isufaj has presented the results, challenges and achievements of this institution this year.
Isufaj said that during this year, the KKP has managed to recruit several new prosecutors. He said that during next year The KKP also plans 10 prosecutors.
Isufaj stressed that during this year, the KKP has managed to operate the Prosecutor in the north.
Isufaj said the KKP has praised 33 prosecutors with a permanent mandate, including the chief prosecutor.
According to him, the annual plan envisioned 61 until it estimated about 80. In order to raise efficiency in corruption and economic crimes cases, Isufaj said reports show visible efficiency in corruption cases.
Of 381 criminal charges have been prosecuted 321. Isufaj said that among the main challenges have been, the insufficient budget, the small personal number, advancing communication with the media, etc. He added that those as the KKP have seriously addressed these challenges.
