LDK leader Isa Mustafa has refused to accept the loss of his party's candidate, Haki Rugova, in the municipality of Istog, though the CEC confirmed that Gani Dresaj is the winner.
“Tonight's no winner because the result is unfinished. The result is what it is. I don't want to name voters, but we have to wait and have the obvious outcome after the end of the” number, he said, reports Indexline.
