The figure of 40,000 reports to be considered is cited in a confidential memorandum outlining a November 20th meeting between European Union and Interpol diplomats, headquartered in France, the memorandum received Friday by The Associated Press, records Interpol representatives, saying the review will receive “a little time” and will have members' support.
