The Institute of Genocency suggests that the rainfall that has swept the country will be accompanied by thunderstorms in the circles of Shkodra, Kukes, Debar, Elbasan and Gjirokastra.
Meanwhile, snowfall will be in the mountainous areas.
Minimum temperatures in the country drop to 2 degrees in mountainous areas up to 15 degrees in coastal areas. The wind will be light until the average on the coast.
