Hoxhaj has said January is the right time for adoption of demarcation, as only a month later, in February, Kosovo can enter the phase for visa liberalisation, as the European Council meeting will be held.
It is the last time that the demarcation agreement will be voted in January, in order that when the European Council is held we will have visa liberalisation. If it's not voted in January, then not only in 2018, but in 2019 we won't have visas”, Hoxhaj said.
According to him, Kosovo could lose visas in 2019 due to elections to be held in several European states.
