Hoti says Ramush Haradinaj leads Kosovo Assembly

The chief of the Democratic League of Kosovo Parliamentary Group, Avdullah Hoti, has said the Haradinaj Government Programme does not promise development, and for more is contradictory to Ramush Haradinaj's election promises and the ruling coalition partners.
