She has announced on Facebook that she will submit the same complaint to the Constitutional Court.
This is Haxhi's announcement:
I just sent the government's yesterday decision to the Anti-Corruption Agency because of the conflict of interest.
From the Anti-Corruption Agency I've asked to investigate this decision and also present criminal speculation to the Prosecutor.
We'll send that decision to the Constitutional Court as well because it's out of line with the socioeconomic situation. The Constitutional Court, due to this, had suspended provisions that had to do with MP privileges.
Government decision is a scandalous decision.
Then the prime minister pays more than 10 times the average salary in the country is unacceptable.
A pensioner gets 75 euros, citizens receiving social assistance even less. With a simple calculations, Haradinaj with ministers will have salaries more than 40 times the pension!
Mr. Haradinaj's actions are proving that he loved the prime minister's post to enrich himself even more!
