Veton Surroi, writer and publicist, in his Facebook profile has seen three things that will not happen with the Kosovo Demarketing Agreement- Montenegro.
According to Surroi, this agreement appears not to be approved, the deepening political crisis of 2015 and in this context the same deadlock.
This is Surroi's Facebook post:
A blind path and three things that will not happen to Demarque
1. Demarketing law does not have enough political support to pass to the Assembly
2. The Assembly will not approve any new government-led demarcation proposal for simple reasons that the Government has not issued any new proposal (The Commission of the Government's report Haradinaj is not a proposal, it is critical of the preliminary Commission)
3. The Demarketing Agreement will not enter arbitration because reconciliation of Montenegro, Montenegro, needs no reason to accept it
The 2015 political crisis just deepens.
Both then and now, the same wake continues: ignoring political agreement mechanisms between power and opposition to find a way out.
