“On December 10, 2015 Kosovo's Judicial and Prosecutorial Council will announce competitions for incomplete positions for 14 judges and 6 prosecutors, as well as for 164 positions for the administrative staff of the Republic of Kosovo's judiciary and Prosecutorship, as presented by agreement”, writes in the draft of the National Programme for Implementation of the Stabilisation and Association Agreement (PKZMSA), which refers to the period 2022.
The document is finalised Friday and is put in public consultation. The ministry has testified not only in the case of these judges but also in many other actions it has presented in the document.
