In the last 12 hours, more rainfall has been recorded in Cetinje, 215 liters per square meter, while poor weather has left the city without electricity.
The thick clouds, accompanied by strong winds from the south, today's morning have swept across Montenegro.
Over the last 12 hours, there has been a large amount of resources registered across the country, with more in Cetinje, 215 liters per square metre, in Podgorica 75 litres, in Niksic and Kolasin 65, in Shavnik 60 liters, and in Zabljak 54 liters per square metre.
Strong winds have also been recorded for up to 70 miles per hour [70 km].
According to the Institute for Hydrometeorology and Seismology, dense rainfall is expected in some countries. At the end of the day, the rains will drop sharply, while west and southwest will be completely stopped.
