Millions of euros each year are earmarked for development of the agriculture sector, but not all those farmers who seriously engage in agriculture are able to get support.

One such occasion occurred in a village in Cline. Farmer Aslan Bajraktari has been knocking from door to door in institutions for five years, but has not won the grant to build the stable, KTV reports.

The Agriculture Development Agency argued the grant's failure due to two conditions, giving it only 70 points.

With this decision that this agency is refusing to give in written form, as it has done in past years, Aslan did not agree and filed a complaint from which he was able to get another 5 points more.

The Ministry of Agriculture has acknowledged that the same after the complaint has received 75 points, improving the criteria of the free maintenance system, but has not accepted the ownership criterion over land, because, according to them, the land is rented for 99 years.

According to the Ministry, the farmer is now on the waiting list.

Such a decision is unacceptable to Aslan, who says that during the five years he has been competing, he has always received the same answer.
