Interior Minister Oliver Spasovski says Thursday's seizure came from a joint operation with Serbian police and the US Administration, writes the Washington Post, broadcast Periscopi.
He said five locations have been raided, including Skopje and Tetovo.
Spasovski indicated that this was the largest action ever organised in the Balkans, where 125kg of drugs worth $2.5m were confiscated, which was set to be transported to Turkey. /Periscope
