The Special Court is founded under constitutional law. So, the law just serves the Special Court, including the arrests. Enpowering the law does not reverse the Special Court, which with a super article has been installed in the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo. If they really want to remove the Special Court, let's initiate the constitutional changes and we'll vote on it. Movement V THE situation has not changed, while Hashim Thaci has. Therefore, the same deputies that forced them to vote on the Special Court in the past mandate (represent the votes of each with signatures collected below) are now forcing them to abolish the Law on This Court only in order to avoid its eventual arrest.
