Croatia today still does not recognise this decision. But the implementation of this decision has started at the maritime border.
According to the Slovenian HRT, Slovenians have indicated they will not warn ships crossing the border, but will immediately issue sentences.
Just this morning, three Croatian fishing boats have sailed into Piran Bay, accompanied by a Croatian police ship.
But another Slovenian inspection ship had arrived after them.
Slovenian police said the Croatian ship had been evacuated to understand their monitoring.
After our warning that it was the Croatian ship had been deployed to Slovenia's territorial waters, this ship left. They all broke up, and Croatian fishermen left the port along with their” nets, police say.
Fisherman Ecio Kocijanciq had said that a police patrol was only watching Croatian fishing boats.
And we came back. There were no incidents”, he said.
Otherwise, it is worth stressing that the very demarcation with Montenegro has remained as the reason for Kosovo to remain visa-free now and for some time.
Montenegro is refusing renegotiation, while the government led by Haradinaj now views the current version as harmful.
