This court will no longer be under Kosovo's jurisdiction, but will be completely international, as has been the International War Crimes Tribunal at The Hague, international sources for the Iseder have warned.
The establishment of such a court is expected to be formed if Kosovo's Assembly breaks the Special Court Law. 43 Kosovo Parliament deputies demanded that the extraordinary session for changing the Special Court Law be held tonight, reports Insander.
Ashper against such an act has expressed the number one of the United States of America in Kosovo, Greg Delawi. He has said the US does not want Kosovo to destroy its future.
“We have not made all these attempts at Kosovo's success, so that we now see it ruining its future, abolishing the law on the Special Court”, Delawi wrote. The “Ide to change the Special Court law may isolate Kosovo globally. Terrible idea. Don't turn the clock back”.
We remember that days ago at the initiative of the Kosovo Liberation Army Veterans Organisation, many citizens, but also former KLA members have started to sign a petition requiring change of the Law for the Special Court.
