Returned to citizens' nightmare, one citizen was arrested by Shkodra Police today.
The arrested citizen Drilon Hila, who had become the nightmare of citizens after stealing residences, money, jewelry, or expensive items.
His arrest was made as he was going to the bar in the city of Shkodra.
By the police he had been declared from time to time in search of a few thefts.
Drilon Hill has been convicted of burglary several times. A fellow worker of Drilon Hill was arrested a few days ago, while the third person is expected to be arrested to thus destroy the terrible group of school thieves who, in total, may have about 40 thefts realized at different times.
