They have increased energy production in Drini's helmet hydropower plants, while surpluses are being deposited in Kosovo, the failure to operate the 400 kilovolt interconction line between the two countries limits the amount of energy transmission.
KESH Distribution Division (Albanian Electronic Corporation) Director Ilir Bela declares that after Albania's energy needs have been supplied, 2.9m euros have been exported in only 5 days, and about 14,000 megawatts of energy have been stored in Kosovo.
