Yahweh's Violences Still in Freedom

Violence in Macedonia's Assembly on April 27th has not yet received a concrete judicial epilogue. So far, prosecution bodies have pressed charges against several participants in the violence exercised against MPs and other officials, while one of them -- Panche Angellov -- has been sentenced to four years in prison for pulling [...] his hair off.
Special Prosecution says investigations into other violent participants are moving slowly due to various obstacles made by court officials, but say confident no one will be able to evade justice.
Zijadin Sela from the Alliance for Albanians was one of the MPs who was in the grip of protesters who had conquered the Parliament because of the election of Albanian Parliament Speaker, but also the non-formation of the new VMRO government, which they think was the winner of the election.
The Sela, who had suffered most of the attackers, says that behind this attack remain high personalities of past power, which, as it were, are willing to do anything to cover up crime.
And they don't really need much evidence, because everything was very public, as if the trends of what happened were public. Even advocates of what happened are very public, are political figures, party leaders who, in an effort to save the crime and corruption they have done over the years, are willing to do everything”, Sela declares.
Recognitionaries say the April 27th case cannot be deemed white without being condemned for ordering the invasion of the Parliament and violence exercised on MPs and members of the government there.
“They are commended for raising charges of murder in the case of Zijadin Sela. For who? For muscles or for the strong ones who committed the act of violence? Where is the criminal group, where is the errand, where is the one who enabled the invasion of the Parliament, where is the role of the police, who did not stop the protesters from coming in and beat the MPs to death?! It will be shameful if they think that this process has been closed to”, assessing Radio Free Europe, Zvonko Davidovovic, a legal expert.
Osman Kadriu, professor of Constitutional Law, also demands responsibility for organisers of all that has happened in the Assembly, on the contrary, according to him, responsibility will be brought upon the Judiciary, even criticised for protecting former officials for allegedly committing crimes by different ways.
This is where justice must be acted urgently because there is no time for further procrastination, as we are dealing with serious criminal acts against members of power, against MPs, against whom physical violence has been exercised with concrete political motives, but the qualifications of works are very serious. They must be tried for murder, but also for other acts, such as anti-state, national treason, above all for the Pucci organisers that took place in the Parliament”, Kadriu estimates.
During the violence exercised in the Assembly, besides Ziadin Sela, the injuries had also suffered LSDM leader Zoran Zaev, now the country's prime minister, as well as several other MPs from his party.
The invasion of the Parliament was preceded by several-day protests by a large group of protesters, followers of VMRO, who also opposed forming the government between LSDM and Albanian parties. During the violent entry into the Assembly, they are believed to have been assisted by at least three deputies from Nikola Gruevski's VMRO, who had opened the doors of the Assembly without being hampered by members of the Parliament's security.
