Under the auspices of the Speaker of the Parliament of the Republic of Kosovo, Kadri Veselin, today, on the occasion of Albania's 105th anniversary of Independence and Flag Day, at the memorial complex in Boletin is held ceremony honour, in memory and honour of national hero Isa Boletini.
The ceremony began with the honour of the national flag and the state flag of the Republic of Kosovo, while later, Chief Parliamentary Veselin placed flowers on Isa Boletin's grave.
From the Tower of Isa Bolletin, Wessel congratulated all Albanians for the Festival of November 28, which he named a day that symbolizes martyrs and heroes of freedom, the great sacrifices of our nation to be free.
Wessel said Albania and Albanians are moving well ahead, while Kosovo is free state and the country's independence is holy and incompatible.
No one can encroach on Kosovo's freedom. It will be a rule of law and an equal country for all citizens, with developed economies and prosperity. That's the freedom our heroes fell for”, the chief officer Vessel stressed.
The Kosovo Parliament Speaker said Albanians have never had better jobs than they are now and that they should be proud of their achievements, while added that they would join the EU.
“The glory is eternal for all fallen. Mitrovica is proud of Isa resting here, and Kosovo is proud of such patriots. We hold that we will work hard to achieve the ideals of the country's heroes. Glory to all the fallen. Congratulations November 28th on all Albanians where they are”, the head of the Parliament, Kadri Wessel, said in his address.
The representative of the Boletini family, Gazmend Boletini, also spoke at the ceremony, thanking Chief Parliamentary Wessel for respecting the image of Isa Boletin every year.
