According to the institute, clouds during Sunday night are able to be accompanied by rainfall and snow, while in mountainous areas, snow falls.
The macrometers will be moved between -2 to zero degrees Celsius, while the maximum of the day is envisioned to move between 1012 degrees Celsius. It will blow from the southwestern direction and then from the northeast at 1-7m/s”, the institute's announcement said.
