The Vetevendosje movement has handed over the complaint to the Supreme Court on the decision it has made to the Election Panel for Anxiety and Parashta, which has decided to recount votes for Pristina and Prizren.
Vetevendosje Movement Deputy Chairman Dardan Sejdiu said they consider these decisions, except that they are unfounded, are also politically motivated.
His Decision Is PZAP for a complete recount for Pristina has come on the basis of a request from the LDK based on a large number of invalid balloting and blank balloting.
And for these two claims by LDK, Sejdiu said they are groundless, since the number of balloting is the lowest ever. Sejdiu has charged P ZAP considers it politically loaded.
“We have come into a situation where PZAP, apparently is politically charged and has made political decisions, not decisions based on arguments and basic”, he said.
Sejdiu voiced confidence that the Supreme Court would not make such a mistake as PZAP and annul the decision by continuing to count votes on bail.
He also considered Prizren's case where he complained PDK.
Sejdiu said he would not accept any results, which result from the recount, which he called manipulation with the justice system and the citizen vote.
While MP Ismajl Kurteshi said the election process has been in order, and that is not only Vetevendosje but also all other political subjects and international observers.
He has voiced confidence that the Supreme Court will, on the basis of fact, make the decision and reject those demands that are political cigars and that lead to a country's destabilisation.
