The statement by current Gjakova chairman Mimoza Kusari-Lila, who is in a run-off with Ardian Djith of the AAK, that the Vetevendosje Movement has supported him in the race, has been commented by VV candidate for Gjakova's mayor in the October 22nd elections, Driton Caushi.
Cheushi, who lost the race in Gjakova, but has remained VV deputy in the Kosovo Assembly, said they have not entered an agreement with Kusari-Lila but that something else is clear.
What we've said from the first day of the race for Gjakova is that Gjakova needs a better government, but what doesn't dare to happen is the return of the Alliance's rule for the Future of Kosovo”, Caushi told Inseder.
He has said that the invitation for support has been received by the AAK, but has not even agreed to speak with Djind.
