Renowned Serbian lawyer Vladan Kutlesic under instructions, then could only talk about autonomy, but now it has evolved.
He has cited an advanced proposal for Kosovo that has also drawn the attention of Serbian President Aleksandar Vuciq, who proved realistic, hinting that this proposal would not be accepted in Kosovo.
During the week we are leaving behind he said that if they had been wise in Serbia they would have done it 20 years ago. But what has Kutlesic proposed?
In a conversation to the Belgrade newspaper “Blic” he has said his proposal implies a Real Union between Kosovo and Serbia, similar to that of Serbia and Montenegro that had operated for 3 years.
Under this proposal, Kosovo and Serbia would be independent states but with some links between themselves, such as customs and the common market.
Kosovo would have seats in the UN similar to the case of Ukraine at the time of the USSR.
Meanwhile, according to him, different currency could be used in the two countries.
With this proposal, Kosovo's North would enjoy autonomy, as would Serbian musicians with whom Enti of Serie would manage for the protection of monuments.
Elaboring the seat for Kosovo at the UN, Kutlesic has said the two countries would make binding agreements not to vote against each other in international organisations.
The Serbian professor's proposal is made within the dialogue that has started in Serbia for Kosovo.
Vuciq on Thursday that went on to talk about Kosovo has said the EU is asking Serbia for a binding document agreement with Kosovo to enable Belgrade EU membership.
