Slovenian sociologist Sergei Flere, author of the book “A, has had Yugoslavia to die”, said in Novi Sad that the breakup of Yugoslavia began long before the war.
As it is claimed, it started with clashes at the “principal of the communist structures” governing Yugoslavia.
Because of direct party conflicts, they have had to civilianise their beliefs. This fierce conflict at the top lasted from the beginning of 1943, but the political elite had not been aware where it leads”, Flere said.
Flerne noted that the book is dedicated to the earlier clashes mentioned at the top of these two elites.
“Tito since 1962 warned that Yugoslavia would be disbanded. It was a permanent elite conflict of nationalism, which escalated and had the advantage in spreading conflict for the measures,” said Flere.
