Thaci reacts after Mladic's sentence

Kosovo President Hashim Thaci has reacted to a life sentence on former Serbian General Ratko Mladic.

Through a post in his account at Titter, Thaci wrote that Mladic's sentence is important to the safety and justice of the victims.

We think of Srebrenica today. We also have to ensure that the authors of the works and promoters of genocide ideology will continue to pay for the evil they have done from Belgrade”, Thaci wrote.

The Hague tribunal today has sentenced Ratko Mladic to life imprisonment for genocide in Bosnia and Herzegovina during the 1990s, 1995.
