President Hashim Thaci has done his honour at Ibrahim Rugova Memorial today.

In this case, President Thaci has stressed that it is a traditional state honour to the KLA commanders, as well as to President Ibrahim Rugova in honour of the contribution made to Kosovo's freedom and independence.
