Justice Minister Abelard Tahiri has spoken about the question of manipulation of the jurisdictional exam on the part of Chief Prosecutor of State Alexander Lumezi, who has been nominated as chairman of the Commission for issuing a jurisdictional exam by the Ministry of Justice.
The minister said he has also asked EULEX for this process to be monitored closely, in order to remove any doubt about the matter of the jurisdictional exam the prosecutor's side.
He added that in no way will he put MPs madly, since this commission should be voted in the Parliament.
According to him, the process of this commission is in the procedure, which will last a while, as it must be passed into the assembly procedure.
Until these procedures are completed, Tahiri has said he expects the issue raised over allegations of manipulation of this exam by the head prosecutor of the state to be clarified, Klan Kosova reports.
