Currently, only 240 people reside throughout the village that starts the name Albania in the international arena.

Meanwhile, locals, having remained few in number, are pushing the city council to do something to ensure the future of the village.

They have proposed that for every individual who moves into the city and buys or builds a house, there will be given, under certain conditions, a total of 25,000 adult francs and 10,000 child francs, according to information published in the municipality newsroom.

It's approximately $25,422 for adults and $10.168 for kids. Not bad at all.

However, there are certain conditions. First, you must be under 45 and, as mentioned, live in the village for at least 10 years.

The property you move to has to be worth at least 200,000 francs ($203,376) and be a permanent home, not a holiday home. If you're 10 years old, you shouldn't pay back the money. And according to the photos, it looks like you'd be willing to stay.

As for money, city authorities believe policy and spending will be worth it. “is an investment in the future of the village”, said in newsteller. It also points out that the community will benefit from new families, through taxes, construction contracts and purchases at village shops.

If you like quiet and feel that you can do a job in Switzerland, you can register.
