The Constitutional Court in Pristina has accepted the request for continuing detention for Naser Guri. The foundation has decided to go on for another month. He has called the Constitutional Court's decision to continue detention meaningless. He says that his client, Naser Stone, even if he was in freedom he couldn't influence the evidence.
There was no basis for continued detention, no matter what happened. All it takes is to provide the expertise that even if the Stone were in freedom it wouldn't affect”, he said.
The Kacanic Stone Company, “Bubeari Komerc”, produced unlicensed oxid gas, which so far is suspected to be the cause of the deaths of three patients. The prosecution took some samples of this gas from the QKUK to perform the analysis, but so far there has been no result.
Also procrastinating are the screening of the three bodies of deceased patients. At QKUUK and all regional hospitals in Kosovo, it has been removed from the use of oxid gas produced by the company Bubeari. The tender for supply with this kind of gas has been won by the company Medica”, which has headquarters in Pristina.
