But in Kosovo it was said to be false because they have received any such news from Suriname, while international law connoisseur went further, explaining that there is no possibility in international law of attracting recognition among states that have initially accepted each other.
But, despite having dominated the media, Serbian citizens hardly know what Suriname is and no longer where he is.
Some Serbs surveyed by Radio Free Europe, little or nothing, could respond positively.
But even the few knew something, more had knowledge after the news of this state's decision to withdraw recognition of Kosovo.
