Serbia continues to make progress, but there are still many challenges ahead, the European Commission's colourful report on chapters 23 and 24 dealing with judiciary and rule of law is highlighted.
So writes the Serbian daily “Novost”.
In this report, twenty pages said among other things that reform of the judiciary is under way and that there are activities aimed at creating an effective and transparent judiciary.
