Indexline photo reporter Blerim Uka has been released after more than six and a half hours of arrest in Macedonia.
Uka had been arrested as photographing the juro in case “Qumanova”.
In an interview given after the release, Uka's TV 21, has shown the behaviour of Macedonian officials during the time it was held in custody.
We just stood there, 2-3 people asked us. Lately they gave us a glass of water. It's not reasonable to be held for a picture. About 10 people have come to check the camera. I've had a lot of trouble in language until a translator came. I was forced to sign in a candlelight, a language I don't know, my testimony. I'm not sure what they could write”, he said.
