PZAP condemns Vetevendosje with 12,000-300 euros due to Zafir Berisha

Due to Zafir Berisha's calls to vote on Mytaher Haskuka, Vetevendosje has been sentenced 12 thousand and 300 euros by PZAP.
The Electoral Panel for Ances and Paraseta condemned Vetevendosje Movement to 12,000 and 300 euros due to calls on Facebook by Deputy Zafir Berisha Initiative in support of Prizren's candidate for chairman, Mytaher Haskuka.
BIRN and Internews Kosova had filed three complaints at PZAP with the claim that Zafir Berisha broke the election silence via Facebook.
In one of these calls, Berisha invited citizens to vote for them “, liberated Prizren from thieves”, voting in Mytaher Haskuka.
Electoral panel for Anxiety and Parashtres, P ZAP has found the complaints filed by BIRN and Internews Kosova based on the violation of the election silence on the part of NISMA chairman in Prizren Zafir Berisha.
Vetevendosje movement in the argument before PZAP said publishing the photo on the part of Zafir Berisha, which supports Mytaher Haskuka, has been unauthorised by LVV.
“LVV considers that political agreements between political subjects specifically between LVV and NISMA have no legal effect on the basis on which the political subject may be pronounced fine LVV, due to publication of a photo with a scripture assigned by a member of the Political Subject NISMA without authorisation of the political subject LV”, Vetevendosje said, according to PZAP.
Vetevendosje has been sentenced to another 2 thousand and 500 euros, after Selim Pacolli from the AKR on election day, according to a complaint by BIRN and Internews Kosova, called on Facebook to vote on LVV's number 10.
Another 1,000-euro PZAP sentence pronounced on Vetevendosje even after the BIRN and Internews Kosova complained about a Facebook post by Drita Milaku, the assembly candidate in this municipality from the Vetevendosje Movement.
Millaku had published a photo with LV's candidate for mayor of Prizren Mytaher Haskuka with the description “The laughter continues for the next four years”.
Even in the first round of elections, political subjects were sentenced by PZAP after complaints by BIRN and Internews Kosova for breaking election silence.
For October 22, B local elections INR and Internews Kosova have handed in 112 complaints to PZAP, of which political parties have been sentenced to 100,000 euros.
