Puigdemont gives up Catalonia independence, provides another solution

Catalonian leader Carles Puigdemont provides another solution to the fate of independence from Spain.

In an interview for Belgian daily “Le Soir”, Puigdemont has said it is in favour of a deal with the Government of Spain. He has added that matter can only be resolved if they sit at the negotiating table.
