Two weeks after warning of new indictments against the Serbian Orthodox Church, Pristina University “Hasan Pristina” has decided Wednesday (now) to head the Constitutional Court in Pristina, Koha Ditore writes today.
For the second time, the UPI will sue the Serbian Orthodox Church for property to the parcel where the church is built.
For preparing the new indictment, Pristina University has requested additional documents in the Kosovo Archive, the Intercommunal Archive and the Pristina Municipal Archive as evidence of the property where the church is located.
Pristina University in 2012 had exercised indictments against church “Sveti Nikola” for property ownership of 4,27.16 ha.
