Kosovo police are seeking deputy Vetevendosje Movement Albin Kurti, to whom he has issued an arrest speech Pristina Foundation Court.
Members of the Kosovo Police have been seen today in the early morning hours near Kosovo MP Albin Kurti's residence in the vicinity of the city park. As KALLXO finds out, police have not found Kurt in his apartment.
Police have also searched for Albin Kurti in Vetevendosje offices in the Kosovo Assembly.
As reported KA The LLXO, four MPs from the Vetevendosje Movement ranks, are expected today to appear before the Pristina Foundation Court in connection with the drop of gas in the Kosovo Assembly.
Albin Kurti, Albulen Haxhiu, Donika Kadaj Buyupi and Faton Topalli are expected to appear in trial for gas drop in the Kosovo Assembly.
The last hearing on this case was scheduled to be held on October 10th, but was postponed in the absence of Albin Kurti and Donika Kadai-Bujupi.
Caday-Bujupi's Kurt also missed the 13 September session, while that day Judge Becir Kaluldra issued a warrant for their forced behaviour in court.
Last session had also missed MP Flora Brovina, for whom the ordinance for forced conduct was also issued.
The prosecution claims Deliu, Brovina and Haxhiu have suffered slight bodily injuries from tear gas activated in the Parliament by Vetevendosje colleagues.
Vetevendosje's four deputies are accused of using the weapon or dangerous means and obstructing the official person in carrying out the official task.
Albin Kurti has also missed other hearings of this trial, while Judge Becir Kaluldra has issued a warrant for arrest, which he had suspended at the time of general elections because Kurti was a candidate for Vetevendosje prime minister.
The accused had been arrested during November 2015.
The initial session was held on January 6, 2016.
After reading the indictment, the Kurti deputies, Cadaj-Bujupi and Haxhi were not declared guilty, while MP Topalli was declared innocent.
Although not declared guilty, MPs rejected the indictment by naming it political.
