Judge Carmel Agius has ordered that the court be converted to “crime” demanding that the poison bottle remain there until the Croatian general is offered another helicopter.
Praljak was sentenced to 20 years in prison for committing war crimes against civilians in Mostar, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Praljak is one of six former Bosniak and Croat political and military elites charged by The Hague's Tribunali.
