Candidate Agim Veliu from the Democratic League of Kosovo and Vetevendosje candidate Ajet Potter will face in the run-off.
Veliu has received 48.1.5% of the vote, while Potter has 29.77% of the vote.
The second round of elections will be held on November 19th.
