North Korea can conduct a new missile test, South Korean Intelligence Agency has announced.
According to the South Yonha news agency, the country's intelligence service has observed the possibility of new nuclear test on North Korea's nuclear test facilities, Kosova Prees broadcasts.
It appears that the North nuclear testing site in the northwestern town of Punggy has been damaged by the sixth and largest nuclear test in September.
